USA Softball has announced a third "Stand Beside Her" tour stop in Missouri.

The stop will take place May 3 at the Ozzie Smith Sports Complex in O'Fallon, Mo. and feature two exhibition games against undisclosed opponents. Team USA's other "Stand Beside Her" tour stops in Missouri will take place May 1 in Kansas City, Mo. and June 3 in Springfield, Mo.

"We are so excited that we will be making a stop in the St. Louis area this spring," Team USA alternate Hannah Flippen said in a statement. "St. Louis is a city with such a rich softball tradition and is also so centrally located, so it will be an awesome opportunity for so many fans from different regions to see this team compete as we prepare for Tokyo."

Other "Stand Beside Her" tour stops that have been announced by USA Softball include Feb. 7-9 in Florida, Feb. 20-23 in California, March 17 and 18 in Oregon, March 31 and April 1 in Alabama, April 3 and 5 in Georgia, April 7 and May 30 in Tennessee, April 15 in Louisiana, April 18 and 25 in Texas, May 1 and June 3 in Missouri, June 9 and 10 in Michigan and June 25 in Virginia.

The main message of the "Stand Beside Her" tour is unity, as Team USA begins its journey for a gold medal at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.

In July, softball will make its first appearance at the Summer Games since 2008. The gold-medal game is scheduled for July 28.
