Softball Moments Of The Decade: Viral Performances

3. Trinity Harrington, Texas A&M Advance to WCWS
Texas A&M’s Trinity Harrington missed NCAA Regionals in 2017. Her dad was sick and she needed to be home with him. Head coach Jo Evans sent her home. Nine days after he passed, Harrington rejoined her team for Super Regionals in Knoxville, Tenn., where she led the Aggies to an upset Super Regional win over Tennessee to earn a WCWS berth.
2. Danielle Gibson Hits For Home Run Cycle
It only took four innings for Arkansas' Danielle Gibson to hit four home runs on Feb. 23, 2019. A two-run homer, a three-run homer, a grand slam and a solo shot sent Gibson into the record books. She became the first NCAA D-I player to hit for the home run cycle, a feat that hasn't even been accomplished in Major League Baseball.
1. Samantha Show: Bat Flip Queen
The birth of the Show bat flip came years before March 10, 2019, but a moonshot at Oregon turned Samantha Show into a viral sensation. After that at-bat, many fans sat on the edge of their seats whenever she came to the plate. What will she do next? Maybe she will drop Thor's hammer at the WCWS against Florida? She did, by the way.
