Meet Softball America's Spring 2020 Interns

Softball America is pleased to announce that we will have three interns this spring to aid in our college softball coverage. Each intern will serve as a correspondent bringing you the very best of NCAA softball content throughout the 2020 season, from all around the country.

Kelly Bright - Fordham University

Kelly is a broadcast journalism major at Fordham University and Division 1 softball student-athlete. Entering her third season with the Rams as a redshirt sophomore, Kelly has been a part of two Atlantic 10 Conference championship teams, while earning NFCA All-American Scholar Athlete awards and being named to the A-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll both years.


Emma Gaston - Salem College

Emma attends and plays collegiate softball for Salem College, where she is scheduled to graduate in May 2021. She maintains a 4.0 GPA halfway through her college tenure as a mathematics major with minors in statistics, computer and data applications and actuarial science. She's played softball for 11 years.
