Gold Glove winner and professional softball player A.J. Andrews has partnered with Marucci Sports, it was announced Thursday.

Andrews, who became the first-ever woman to win the Rawlings Gold Glove Award back in 2016, was brought on board by Marucci to offer her insight regarding the brand's softball products.

"Marucci is a brand I truly see empowering women as ball players and ensuring their products are perfect for softball athletes," Andrews said in a press release.

The former All-American at LSU completed her illustrious collegiate career in 2015 before becoming a professional athlete in National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) that summer. Since then, Andrews has competed professionally both in America and abroad in Italy.

"Dare to dream big," Andrews said. "Big dreams break barriers and big dreams can one day make history."
