2022 NCAA Player Of The Year: Jocelyn Alo

Jocelyn Alo of Oklahoma is Softball America's NCAA Player of the Year for the 2022 college softball season. It is the second straight year that Alo has collected this honor.

The best power hitter in the history of college softball had another unbelievable season for the national champions. She led Division I with 34 home runs, a 1.212 slugging percentage and a .646 on-base percentage, and finished second in batting average (.512) and RBIs (85).

For her college career, Alo finished with 323 RBIs and as the NCAA's all-time home run leader (122). She also completes her playing days at Oklahoma as the NCAA's career leader in slugging (.987) and total bases.

At the end of the 2022 campaign, Alo became the first player to launch 30 homers and hit .500 or better in the same season.

She was the Most Outstanding Player of the 2022 Women's College World Series.
