2022 NCAA Freshman Of The Year: Jordy Bahl

Jordy Bahl of Oklahoma is Softball America's NCAA Freshman of the Year for the 2022 college softball season.
Bahl, who finished the campaign with a 22-1 record, posted a 1.09 ERA with 205 strikeouts in 141.1 innings of work in her true freshman year.
The Big 12 Freshman and Co-Pitcher of the Year was one of the best aces in college softball all spring, and despite a late-season injury that sidelined her for several weeks, she was still able to contribute to Oklahoma's run to a second straight and sixth overall national title.
Bahl got the start and the win in the Sooners' WCWS title-clinching game against Texas, and is undoubtedly one of the most electrifying young stars in college softball today.
