The three National Pro Fastpitch finalists for the 2019 Rawlings Gold Glove Award were announced on Friday by Rawlings Softball. The 2019 finalists include outfielder Sammy Marshall of the Cleveland Comets, third baseman Jessica Warren of the USSSA Pride and shortstop Hannah Flippen of the Chicago Bandits.

The winner of this year's award will be announced on Wednesday at the annual NPF Awards Banquet ahead of the start of the 2019 NPF Championship Series.

The award, which has been granted annually to a player in the NPF since 2016, will be decided by coaches around the league and will be given to a player who has achieved defensive distinction during the 2019 campaign. The three previous winners of the Gold Glove Award from the NPF include Jade Rhodes, Chelsea Goodacre and A.J. Andrews.

The 2019 NPF Championship Series will begin Thursday at Parkway Bank Sports Complex in Rosemont, Ill. and will feature a best-of-five set between the regular-season champion Bandits and reigning–Cowles Cup champion Pride.
