Regionals Recap
Norman, OK.
Winner: No. 1 Oklahoma
The Skinny: It wasn't easy, but Oklahoma advanced. The top-seeded Sooners survived quite the scare, beating Wisconsin, 2-0, in the regional championship elimination game to move on Sunday. Wisconsin had beaten Oklahoma -- who hadn't lost since February amid a 41-game winning streak -- 2-1 earlier that day.
What's next: No. 1 Oklahoma hosts No. 16 Northwestern on Friday at 3 p.m. ET in Game 1 of a Best of Three series.

Winner: No. 2 UCLA
The Skinny: After Missouri handed UCLA a surprising 5-1 loss, UCLA roared back to beat the Tigers 13-1 in the deciding game and advance to the Super Regionals. The Bruins otherwise looked the part of a regional power, blanking Weber State 6-0 and handing Missouri a 9-1 loss to advance to the regional final.
What's next: No. 2 UCLA hosts James Madison on Friday at 9 p.m. ET in Game 1 of a Best of Three series.

Winner: No. 3 Washington
The Skinny: The Huskies had a relatively pain-free regional, needing just three games to advance to supers. Washington blanked Mississippi State, 8-0, in the regional final.
What's next: No. 3 Washington hosts No. 14 Kentucky on Friday at 8 p.m. ET in Game 1 of a Best of Three series.

Winner: No. 4 Florida State
The Skinny: Think Florida State's offense is in postseason mode? The Seminoles scored 27 runs in three regionals wins, holding off South Carolina, 7-6, in the regional final. South Carolina and South Florida played a pair of one-run games, but Florida State was ultimately too strong.
What's next: No. 4 Florida State hosts No. 13 Oklahoma State in a Best of Three series beginning Thursday night at 7 p.m. ET.

Winner: No. 5 Florida
The Skinny: Florida not only won all three games it played in its regional. The Gators didn't allow a run. It was a dominant showing for the regional host, who dispatched Boston University in its opening game before blanking Boise State twice to advance to the supers.
What's next: No. 5 Florida State hosts No. 12 Tennessee in a Best of Three series beginning Friday night at 7 p.m. ET.

Winner: No. 6 Arizona
The Skinny: Arizona bulldozed through a frisky Auburn team in the final to advance through a regional including both Colorado State and Harvard.

Winner: No. 7 Minnesota
The Skinny: Minnesota pitching allowed just two runs over three wins, guiding the Gophers through the bracket, which included a pair of wins against Georgia. The Bulldogs played a pair of spirited games with Drake prior to their elimination.
What's next: No. 7 Minnesota hosts No. 10 LSU in a Best of Three series beginning Friday night at 5 p.m. ET.

The Skinny: 'Bama flexed its muscles in the regional final, beating Arizona State 9-8 to advance. This regional also included both Alabam State and Lipscomb.

Winner: No. 9 Texas
The Skinny: 'Hook em nearly got hooked by the upset bug, losing to Sam Houston State in the opening game of the tournament. But Texas survived, beating Texas A&M (3-2) and Sam Houston State (3-0) to advance to the regional final through the elimination bracket. From there, the Longhorns beat Houston twice to advance.
What's next: No. 8 Alabama hosts No. 9 Texas on Thursday at 9 p.m. ET in Game 1 of a Best of Three series.

Winner: No. 10 LSU
The Skinny: LSU was pushed by a strong Texas Tech team, but the Tigers ultimately outlasted the Red Raiders, winning 5-1 in a winner-take-all final game. Texas Tech advanced past Louisiana Tech and Monmouth to reach the final.
What's next: No. 7 Minnesota hosts No. 10 LSU on Friday at 5 p.m. ET in Game 1 of a Best of Three series.

Winner: No. 11 Ole Miss
The Skinny: Hotty Toddy! Ole Miss got its revenge against Louisiana-Lafayette after the Rajun Cajuns' bounced them to the elimination bracket. But the Rebels handled Southeast Missouri State with ease, then beat Louisiana twice in the final to advance to Supers.
What's next: No. 6 Arizona hosts No. 11 Old Miss on Friday at 7 p.m. ET in Game 1 of a Best of Three series.

Winner: No. 12 Tennessee
The Skinny: Runs were at a premium in Knoxville, where Tennessee beat North Carolina 2-0, to win the regional. The Tar Heels had blanked the Volunteers, 1-0, in the game prior, setting up a winner-take-all face-off.
What's next: No. 5 Florida hosts No. 12 Tennessee on Friday at 7 p.m. ET in Game 1 of a Best of Three series.

Stillwater, OK.
Winner: No. 13 Oklahoma State
The Skinny: Oklahoma State showed it could win defensive-minded games -- like its 2-1 win over Tulsa in the regional final -- and also break out the bats, initially beating Tulsa 13-10 to set up the regional championship. Tulsa advanced to the final after beating BYU, who had previously beaten Arkansas in the elimination bracket.
What's next: No. 13 Oklahoma State travels to face No. 4 Florida State in Tallahassee. Game 1 of the Best of Three series is Thursday at 7 p.m. ET.

Lexington, KY.
Winner: No. 14 Kentucky
The Skinny: Kentucky made quick work of both Toledo and Virginia Tech, winning three games by a combined score of 26-4. The Lexington regional also included Illinois.
What's next: No. 14 Kentucky travels to face No. 3 Washington in Seattle. Game 1 of the Best of Three series is Friday at 9 p.m. ET.

Ann Arbor, MI.
Winner: James Madison
The Skinny: Ann Arbor was the lone regional where the host seed did not advance. James Madison stunned Michigan, winning two consecutive games to advance through the regional, holding on in the winner-take-all game to win 2-1 even as the Wolverines staged a last-minute seventh inning comeback.
What's next: James Madison travels to face No. 2 UCLA in Los Angeles. Game 1 of the Best of Three series is Friday at 9 p.m. ET.

Evanston, Ill.
Winner: No. 16 Northwestern
The Skinny: Northwestern held on to advance through the regionals round despite needing to come from the elimination bracket to do so against Louisville. The Cardinals initially beat Northwestern 2-1 to advance to the championship round, but consecutive Wildcats wins vanquished their ACC foe. This regional also included both Detroit and Southern Illinois.
What's next: No. 16 Northwestern travels to face No. 1 Oklahoma in Norman. Game 1 of the Best of Three series is Friday at 3 p.m. ET.
