Washington's Sis Bates makes every play at shortstop look easy. She consistently makes the highlight reels and made the decision for Softball America's Defensive Player of the Year unanimous.

In 166 chances, Bates only committed two errors. Her .988 fielding percentage was tops in the country and she was also named a first-team SA All-American.

Over the course of her three years at Washington, she has only committed 11 errors at shortstop for a career fielding percentage of .981.
