Kate Gordon
James MadisonNotes:2021 stats (as of 5/24/21): .397 BA, 50 H, 11 2B, 18 HR, 55 RBI, 43 R
Notes: When looking at the top home run hitters in the country, you'll find Gordon's name despite her playing only 37 games this season. That's from her hot streak in May. Gordon hit two home runs in each game of the CAA Tournament for JMU to get a spot in the NCAA Tournament. Then she blasted a three-run home run off of Ashley Rogers to help the Dukes beat Tennessee in the Knoxville Regional. - 2
Bailey Hemphill
AlabamaNotes:2021 stats (as of 5/24/21): .418 BA, 56 H, 7 2B, 12 HR, 52 RBI, 49 BB
Notes: Hemphill broke Alabama's career home run record in style by putting the Tide ahead against Tennessee in the SEC Tournament. She also blasted a pair of bombs against Kentucky this month. Hemphill collected four RBIs in the winner's game of the Tuscaloosa Regional against Clemson. She also walked 14 times in May. - 3Last: 8
Tiare Jennings
OklahomaNotes:2021 stats (as of 5/24/21): .478 BA, 72 H, 11 2B, 28 HR, 78 RBI
Notes: Jennings continued her historic freshman season in May. The postseason didn't stop her either. In three games at the Norman Regional, Jennings had eight hits, five doubles and eight RBIs. She still leads Oklahoma's crazy offense in batting average and RBIs. - 4
Baylee Klingler
WashingtonNotes:2021 stats (as of 5/24/21): .423 BA, 71 H, 17 2B, 16 HR, 52 RBI, 56 R
Notes: Klingler's home run numbers weren't the same in May, but she had more hits and a better average. At the Seattle Regional, she had a hit in all five games, including a three-hit game against Michigan's star pitching duo to get into Super Regionals. Klingler has been Washington's most stable bat all season and she's even more locked in when it matters most. - 5 –Last: 5
Haley Lee
Texas A&MNotes:2021 stats (as of 5/24/21): .422 BA, 65 H, 7 2B, 25 HR, 51 RBI
Notes: Lee set the program's single-season home run record when she hit her 25th of the season against Wichita State at the Norman Regional. She also sent out a pair of home runs against Morgan State in an elimination game. While being a home run hitter, Lee also kept her batting average over .400 in May and for the entire season. - 6
Kinzie Hansen
OklahomaNotes:2021 stats (as of 5/24/21): .455 BA, 65 H, 8 2B, 20 HR, 56 RBI
Notes: Hansen earned the Big 12 Tournament's Most Outstanding Player honor after hitting five home runs and having two multi-homer games. She had two hits and a RBI in all three games of the Norman Regional. Hansen's hot month of May has made the Sooner lineup even stronger this postseason. - 7
Dejah Mulipola
ArizonaNotes:2021 stats (as of 5/24/21): .400 BA, 54 H, 8 2B, 19 HR, 60 RBI
Notes: The future Olympian found her power stroke again in May. She hit five bombs, including two in the winner's game of the Tucson Regional against Ole Miss and a pair of home runs in a series versus UCLA. Mulipola's power will be a big factor for the Wildcats going forward this postseason. - 8
Alysen Febrey
Oklahoma StateNotes:2021 stats (as of 5/24/21): .417 BA, 70 H, 17 2B, 16 HR, 56 RBI
Notes: Febrey has been a staple of the Oklahoma State lineup since she arrived in Stillwater. She saw her batting average rise in May after getting a hit in every game but one throughout the month. Febrey also had a RBI in every game of the Stillwater Regional. - 9
Madison Perrigan
Wichita StateNotes:2021 stats (as of 5/24/21): .297 BA, 51 H, 9 2B, 21 HR, 57 RBI, 46 R
Notes: Big-time players show up when it matters most and that's how Perrigan showed up for Mayhem. She hit a home run in the AAC Tournament title game against UCF. She continued that clutch play in the NCAA Tournament, hitting two homers in a win over Texas A&M and helping the Shockers push top-seeded Oklahoma by hitting another one. The veteran helped lead one of the best offenses in the nation this year. - 10
Kelsey Bennett
Virginia TechNotes:2021 stats (as of 5/24/21): .315 BA, 45 H, 6 2B, 13 HR, 40 RBI
Notes: Bennett had herself quite a weekend at the Tempe Regional. The shortstop went 9-for-11 with two home runs to help the Hokies get hot going into the Los Angeles Super Regional. All year long, Bennett was the team's top home run threat, and she'll need to be big for Virginia Tech to advance to the Women's College World Series.
