Addison Barnard
Wichita StateNotes:2022 stats (as of 4/24/22): .414 BA, 55 H, 5 2B, 26 HR, 67 RBI, 54 R
Notes: Barnard put on a hitting clinic in the month of April. The sophomore hit for a .456 average, belted 13 home runs and collected 33 RBIs. In April, Barnard had eight multi-hit games, five multi–home run games and nine multi-RBI games. She was the AAC and NFCA Player of the Week after her performance in the Tulsa series. Not only did Barnard post All-American numbers, but she also broke the program’s single-season home-run record with home run No. 23, which she set last year in her freshman campaign. - 2
Jayda Coleman

Notes: Coleman hit for the highest batting average (.593) out of anyone in our Top 10 Players of the Month of April ranking. Coleman had an 11-game hitting streak, five straight games with an RBI and three multi-hit games in the month. There’s a chance to see a home run from the Sooners before Alo steps to the plate as Coleman has the capability to hit the long ball and had three this past month. The sophomore also had 10 RBIs. - 3

Notes: The Razorbacks struck gold with Sides. The Alabama transfer has added the short game and speed Arkansas was missing at the top of its lineup in 2021. Sides stole eight bases in April and currently has 26 on the season. She also hit five home runs in April. The fifth-year finished the month with a .435 batting average, five multi-hit games, and 15 RBIs. - 4
Grace Lyons

Notes: Lyons hit for a .485 average, recorded 16 RBIs—which is tied for the second-most RBIs on this list—and hit five home runs in April. She had an eight-game hitting streak, with three of those being multi-hit games, and reached base in all but one game this month. - 5 –Last: 5
Hannah Gammill

Notes: Gammill blasted five long balls in April, and she currently has the third most home runs in the SEC. The sophomore carried an 11-game hitting streak and posted three multi-hit games in April. She reached base in all but three games she played in throughout the month, and finished April with 12 RBIs and a .429 batting average. - 6Last: 2
Baylee Klingler

Notes: Klingler had a seven-game hitting streak in April, with six of those being multi-hit games. She batted .406 with five home runs and 11 RBIs during the month. Heading into the final full month of the season, the Texas native is in a prime position to finish strong, as she currently leads the Pac-12 in batting average, RBIs and home runs. - 7Last: 1

Notes: Alo added to her NCAA home run record with seven bombs in April, putting her at 110 in her illustrious college career to date. She had three multi-hit games, four multi-RBI games and reached base in all but three games throughout the month. Alo also carried a .395 batting average in April. - 8Last: 3

Notes: Gibson followed her impressive March with a big April. She hit four home runs, collected 16 RBIs and had five multi-hit games throughout the month. Gibson is now ranked in the top five in the SEC in batting average, home runs and RBIs, making her a viable candidate for the SEC Player of the Year honor. - 9
Kayla Konwent
WisconsinNotes:2022 stats (as of 4/24/22): .430 BA, 43 H, 9 2B, 8 HR, 25 RBI, 19 R
Notes: Konwent posted a .485 batting average in April and now ranks second in the Big Ten in that category. An eight-game hitting streak and five multi-hit games during the month helped her reach that impressive clip. After only hitting four home runs through the first two months of the season, Konwent matched that total in April. She also recorded seven RBIs, helping her obtain the second-highest OPS in the Big Ten at the current moment this season. - 10
Delanie Wisz
UCLANotes:2022 stats (as of 4/24/22): .396 BA, 42 H, 4 2B, 10 HR, 37 RBI, 28 R
Notes: Wisz had an RBI in three of the nine Pac-12 games she played in this month. Her three RBIs in game one of UCLA's series against Oregon State proved to be the difference, as she helped lead the Bruins to a 6-5 win in Corvallis. The LMU transfer batted .462 in April, blasted a trio of home runs and posted a six-game hitting streak during the month.
