Notes: Delce followed up her stellar April with a historic May. The redshirt junior pitched back-to-back complete-game victories against Florida and Missouri to secure Arkansas’ first SEC Tournament championship. Delce only allowed one earned run and tallied 12 strikeouts in her 14 innings of work at the conference tournament, leading her to be named the tournament MVP. The Oklahoma City native was also named the SEC Pitcher of the Year. To date this month, she has a 5-0 record, with one of those wins coming against Oregon in the Fayetteville Regional.

    Danielle Williams

    2022 stats (as of 5/23/22): 29-4, 1.64 ERA, 304 SO, 217.2 IP
Notes: Williams picked up two regular-season conference wins in May, allowing her to secure the honor of being named the Big Ten Pitcher of the Year. Overall this month, the southpaw has gone 6-2 to date. Three of her six wins came in the Evanston Regional, propelling the Wildcats to Supers.

  3. 3

    Mary Haff

    2022 stats (as of 5/23/22): 20-4, 2.61 ERA, 150 SO, 145 IP
Notes: The one-two punch in the circle for Arkansas makes the Razorbacks extra dangerous this year. Haff is 5-1 so far in May, with a trio of postseason wins. The fifth-year senior pitched a complete-game shutout against Ole Miss in the SEC Tournament, giving up only five hits. She opened the Fayetteville Regional with a win over Princeton and closed it with a victory over Oregon to send the Razorbacks to their second straight appearance in Supers.

Two of her three victories in the Tuscaloosa Regional were shutouts against Alabama that sent the Cardinal to their first Super Regional since 2011. Vawter only gave up six combined hits in her shutouts against the Crimson Tide. The junior has seven starts this month so far where she's given up five or fewer hits.

Notes: Dolcini, a fifth-year senior, pitched three complete games against Washington in the Seattle Regional. Dolcini split the first two games against the Huskies, and with the season on the line, she silenced their bats and gave up only two unearned runs to send the Longhorns to Supers. Prior to the NCAA Tournament, Dolcini went 3-1 in May against Big 12 opponents.
